Zip Box®
The best known brand name of Lamson & Sessions is Carlon®, which is immediately recognized among electrical contractors and do-it-yourself consumers as "the blue box company." Lamson & Sessions is the world's leading manufacturer of nonmetallic switch and outlet boxes. These blue "zip boxes" are available in a wide variety of sizes and configurations, to fit almost any application.
Plenum-Gard
A premium nonmetallic, corrugated flexible raceway product, Plenum-Gard meets the rigorous requirements for use in air handling spaces while providing efficient management and protection of communication cable.
Multi-Gard
Carlon's Multi-Gard with pre-installed innerducts and a gasketed coupling system has become a market leader for running fiber-optic, telephone and low-voltage lines through the same conduit. This multi-cell communication duct is supporting the increasing demand for underground cable pathways, fueled by bandwidth-gobbling technologies such as the Internet and other online multimedia applications.
Bore-Gard
Bore-Gard, which was introduced to our premium product line for the telecommunications industry in 1999, incorporates a trenchless, directional-boring technology. Slipliner
Lamson Vylon Pipe is a market-leading manufacturer of large diameter thermoplastic pipe for use in waste-water management systems. The patented "slipliner" product is widely used as a reliable and cost-effective system to rehabilitate decaying waste-water and drainage system infrastructures.
6" SDR 13.5
This unique product is coiled on reels and is used for placement of high voltage electrical cables or for installation of up to six 1 1/4" innerducts or four 1 1/2" innerducts.
2" Speed Duct
A common HDPE conduit used by Telecom, Broadband and Electrical markets to protect cables. A durable product which allows cables up to 1.5" in diameter to be installed in this duct. It comes in a variety of wall thickness and strengths.

Lamson & Sessions brings its products to the U.S. and Canadian markets through three business segments, divided by channels of distribution and markets served:
Carlon is an industry-leading manufacturer and marketer of a wide variety of innovative products, servicing the electrical, telecommunications and construction industries. Already established as an industry leader in marketing, nonmetallic cable protection products for telecommunication infrastructure, Carlon strengthened it's market position in 2000 with the acquisitions of Pyramid Industries, and Ameriduct Worldwide, manufacturers of custom fiber optic conduit systems for the telecommunications infrastructure market.
Lamson Home Products manufactures and markets electrical products for home or office, including electrical conduit and fittings, security and safety products, lighting controls and dimmers and wireless switches and door chimes.
The PVC Pipe business segment supplies polyvinyl chloride conduit to the electrical, power, utility and telecommunications markets through both Carlon and Lamson Home Products distribution channels. In addition, Lamson Vylon Pipe, also reported in the PVC Pipe business segment, manufactures and markets large diameter thermoplastic pipe, up to 60" in diameter, for use in waste water management systems, featuring a patented "slipliner" product used as a reliable and cost-effective method to rehabilitate decaying waste water and drainage system infrastructures.
The three business segments, Carlon, Lamson Home Products and PVC Pipe, share manufacturing and distribution facilities, as well as corporate and administrative services. The company's core competency in thermoplastice processing is the common tie through it's three business segments.
