MERCURY PLASTICS INC. is a custom profile extruder of thermoplastics serving the appliance, automotive, medical equipment, plumbing, sporting goods, toys, manufactured housing and recreational vehicle (MHRV), OEM manufacturing and building products market.

We are capable of processing rigid vinyl, nylon, flexible vinyl, ABS, polyethylene, cross-linked (PEX) polyethylene, EVA, santoprene, noryl and dual durometer vinyl parts. A high intensity compounding plant is used to produce many of our flexible vinyl requirements.

We specialize in fabrication operations on parts we produce including forming, belling, drilling, sawing, punching, notching, machining, and sonic welding, as well as innovative overmolding, under-molding, and air-core molding technology.  Mercury Plastics has been ISO-9002 registered since January, 1995.
