Pasta is a product manufactured by paste technology. The flour and water are combined, kneaded and made into stiff dough which is and rolled out, then sliced or extruded into variety of shapes.
The dried product is boiled and served with a sauce or else layered or combined with meat, vegetables, and cheese and then baked.
The pasta production lines are available as:

The dry pasta production lines are of most relevance for India. The plants are available are either semi automatic or automatic. The capacities range from:
50 Kg/ hour to 200 Kg/ hour semi automatic lines/ pilot plants and onwards upto 2000 Kg/hour automatic plants. The cost range is between 250, 000 USD and 1,500,000 USD.
Second hand plants are also available on specific requests.
