Kobelco Stewart Bolling, Inc.
Kobelco Stewart Bolling Inc. was established in 1989 in Hudson, Ohio. KSBI combines over a century of experience from two world leaders in new equipment design and new processing concepts--Kobe Steel, Ltd. and The Stewart Bolling Company.
Kobe Steel, Ltd. began in 1905 as a manufacturer of castings and forgings and today has become one of the worlds largest and most diversified corporations. KSBI, our product trade name, through diversified materials, machinery and engineering divisions, produces wide ranging products and services that include industrial and construction machinery, plant engineering, technical assistance, and new materials as well as finished and semi-finished ferrous and non-ferrous metal products.
The Stewart Bolling Company was organized in 1923 as a rebuilder of primary processing machinery for the rubber industry. BOLLING quickly expanded after it became apparent that the machinery of the time had many design and structural shortcomings.
Process design and building of auxiliary equipment grew into process engineering and turnkey systems, ranking BOLLING as one of the worlds foremost designers and builders of equipment and systems in the rubber and plastics industries.
