Castings USA, Inc. (formerly known as Commercial Castings, Inc.) has been in the foundry business since 1974. We are currently in a growth stage. We are still small and flexible enough to deliver what our customers need. We can therefore give our customers competitive prices, quality products, and we pride ourselves in our better than prompt delivery! We specialize in 3 types of iron:
1. 28% chrome alloy iron - a very good wear resistant iron with a brinell of 550 to 600
2. Ductile iron - a good machineable iron with a brinell of 170 to 200. 70-40-18 class.
3. Gray iron - a good machineable iron with a brinell of 135 to 170. Class 40 iron.

Capacity:

We can make castings from 1lb. to 1000 lbs. Our flask size is up to 48" x 48". We use air set sand systems and floor molding.

Reymond’s unique lubrication system provides precise volume control. The dual lubrication system of a Reymond brick die insures valuable lubricant control from start to finish. Systems from 4 - 10 points are used depending on the application. Each point can be individually controlled to assure precise and adequate lubrication.

Flow consistency insures end-product quality control. Consistency and uniformity are vital in manufacturing a quality product –  which is where Reymond leads the way.
