Extruder components, Screws, new, rebuild and repaired. High grade stainless steel and bimetallic hardfacing on flights. Milled from solid bar stock. High strength and polish.

 

Cylinders (barrels) New and re-sleeved, where feasible. Bimetallic, if required. Spiral or parallel grooves. Internal water jackets installed as well or cleaned.

Feeder screws, new and rebuild. 

We also make augers, helicoid, sectional and solid. Including components for ribbon mixer. 

 

All materials of construction USDA approved.
