Al-Da Snc has been involved manufacturing/repairing of cylinder and relevant screws for more than 30 years.
Founded in the early ‘70s, the company has constantly grown and finally developed into its present size also due to the fact that technologically advanced machinery are used and constantly updated.
The basic aim is to restore the right tolerance between cylinder, screw and valve in order to bring back the moulding to the original level

- Barrels: (41CrAlMo7) 60 HRC, (X155CrMoV121) 58-60 HRC, 62-69 HRC (bimetallic)
- Screws: (41CrAlMo7) Nitrured 60 HRC, (X155CrMoV121) hardened 58-60 HRC, ISOTRIX hardened 60-62 HRC, (X155CrMoV121) with CLIN-NIVE treatment 1200 Vichers

There are available screw tips, valves, spacers, nozzles and heads for the well-known brands of presses.

We can also manufacture parts ad-hoc, based on customer demands.
