Ameritech, Inc. has developed a reputation for High Quality products, unsurpassed service and On-Time Delivery to companies requiring Machining, Tooling and Die and Mold Making throughout the United States.

Ameritech was incorporated in June 1985. It was started by 3 seasoned mold makers with a combined experience of 50+ years. From its inception, the goal was to develop a premier, custom facility that created relationships with customers that would solidify a rock solid base of confidence in both its reputation and level of service.

Ameritech is a designer and builder of molds for the Plastics Industry and a manufacturer of Aerospace and Commercial components. Medium to large, single or multi-cavity, injection, compression or blow molds and machined details are our specialty. Our modern 10,000 square feet facility, constructed in 1996, is fully climate controlled with an overhead crane system (max. of 3 ton).

We offer complete CAD-CAM capabilities, utilizing the latest 3-D systems that are directly linked to our CNC Machining Centers. We also welcome the opportunity to incorporate engineering changes to existing drawings, models or molds along with any repair required. We offer special machining processes utilizing CNC sinker EDM’s and wire EDM’s and large machining and micro-tig welding is also available.

Ameritech Die & Mold South Inc. has the on-site capability to sample molds in our 440 ton press. We are also available to utilize this and 2 other presses for short production runs.
